What a day, lots of fun things to do. I added a few more pictures into the same gallery. But here is what you want to hear, right?

I went to the GI Joe/ Hasbro panel and got some nice info. The Resolute series, basically 5 minute episodes, looks awesome. They showed us a teaser! I do believe its been talked about before, but wow. We see Duke and I think it was Heavy Duty being chased by Cobra soldiers. They are outnumbered. The bunker down in a cement building, returning fire as can be without actually being able to stand in the door way and see their enemies. We then see Snakes Eyes in the trees above the Cobra soldiers. Snake Eyes makes short work of them. Nicely done fight scene, we actually see Snake eyes throw a star into one Cobra soldiers helmet/head and twist his sword for the kill on another, all without blood showing. Hasbro made that call. It ends with Duke and HD walking out to see the sprawled Cobras, Duke does take one out, and Snake Eyes standing up and then salutes Duke. Heavy Duty sees this and says “Ninja! I didn’t know we had a Ninja?” And last we see a caption on screen that said “The More You Know”.
Next they showed us some stills from the live action GI Joe Movie due in Summer 09. They are finishing shooting, apparently, right now in Paris. They were given a big budget, bigger than the first Transformers. I can’t recall all the actors involved, but they look the parts. And some long action sequences as well as a few romances. ahem. a yeah. Snake Eyes will be speechless, my guess is it’s Scarlet’s fault. lol. The movie will delve into the characters more than a story, per say. The story will deal primarily with the rise of Cobra. “What was that” Wolverine says after waking up from a beating, “oh that” as the Hulk comes into view. Yes, Hulk VS Wolverine. I saw the premiere and what a movie. Yes, its animated and I hope I quoted those lines correctly. lol, You will see blood, Amputations, and big explosions as the Hulk and Wolverine beat each other silly. But the twist is Deadpool! Yes, Deadpool! Weapon X team is there. Ok, bub! I don’t want to give away too much. But some scenes are like holy crap, that had to hurt and so on. Deadpool lightens the otherwise dark tone of this movie nicely. You will laugh, but more importantly you will enjoy it for sure. I can’t tell you who dies......hmmm. Hulk Planet, Hulk Vs Thor, and there was something else that they are working on over there at Marvel Animated. Oh Yeah, Next Avengers. I’ll see that tomorrow night. woot!

After that it was to the stars for Robotech. Not much news, yes there will be another animated film. Shadow Rising as a sequel to The Shadow Chronicles. Oh and Warner Brothers is doing the The live action movie. They threw a few names out there for producers and writers and such, along with their list of previous movies they did. I can’t recall names, but some very talented people working on this. I can’t wait.
Finally, I finished by taking it to the max. Punisher War Zone! Taken from the Max series of comics is gonna be Crazy. Think Punisher with the kind of look a and feel/ overtones that a good horror movie would have. It’s crazy, Ray Stevenson looks good as Frank Castle. Although I admit I enjoyed Thomas Jane as the Punisher. But this is gonna be different. This is not a Sequel. I saw the trailer and wow, very dark. This is realistic. I think it’ll be out in December.
