Nvidia Too Hot?

Since many of us and many of you are gamers; I thought I would bring this to your attention.

If you purchase a laptop or notebook computer between 2005 and 2009 that included an Nvidia graphics chip from HP, Dell, or even Apple; you may have need to take action. A current class action lawsuit is taking place alleging Nvidia distributed defective GPUs that can affect performance. Litigation is still ongoing.
